We chose print-on-demand because it allows us to reduce overproduction and waste. This method provides a more sustainable and ethical approach to production. We believe in thoughtful purchasing decisions and creating products that are truly wanted and appreciated by our customers.

Print-on-demand is a process where new copies of a product, such as our art prints, are not produced until an order has been received. This means each item is freshly made just for you when you place an order.

We proudly support the Roice-Hurst Humane Society, a dedicated non-profit no-kill animal shelter in Grand Junction, Colorado. This organization is committed to providing care and protection for animals in need, and we are honored to contribute to their mission. One percent of all of our profits are earmarked for this wonderful shelter. If you'd like to donate directly, you can do it on their website!

Tell me more about Cooper.

Cooper is our friendly and adorable Goldendoodle. He's had two years of professional training to become Andrea's service dog. He is trained for mobility work and seizure alert. Cooper is a beloved member of our team, providing comfort, support, and a constant source of joy and amusement.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. We process all of our credit card payments through Stripe to ensure your transactions are secure. We do not accept Bitcoin or cryptocurrency at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, it typically takes between 2-3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and the specifics of your order. We assure you that we work diligently to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

How does the order tracking process work?

Once your item has been created, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your order and estimate when it will arrive. Most items ship USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once your order has started the creation process, it can no longer be canceled. If you've mistakenly placed an order, please contact us immediately to see if it can be canceled before it goes into production. Our Print on Demand process requires us to pay our printer immediately, so canceling a purchase already in progress would still require us to be responsible for the cost of the order.

What is your return/exchange policy?
